One of the great joys of Easter is the opportunity to bunny rabbit everything. Take this Easter mocktail presentation, for example. Poured into cute milk bottles decked in spring flowers, is a delicious fruit punch topped with watermelon bunny heads that certainly puts the seal of good eye health on this festive season of hope and rebirth.
Made up of carrot juice (what else?), orange juice and watermelon, it’s a nutritional powerhouse for the eyes, which is why we here at King Lasik would love to share this Easter mocktail recipe by Angie from Echoes Of Laughter with our friends, with the very best wishes for a Happy Easter! Bunny Rabbit Easter Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
• Watermelon, sliced one inch thick
• Cherries
• Kiwi, cut into small pieces
• Chilled Juice {I used a blend of 100% carrot and orange juice}
• Small Bunny Cookie Cutter
• Skewers
• Small Milk Bottles
• Small Carafe with Top
• Felt Cutouts such as Flowers & Bunnies
• Baker’s Twine
• Small Pink Doily
• Paper Straws in Spring colors
Method:
1. Using bunny cookie cutter, cut out bunny shapes in watermelon.
2. Cut skewers to a length that fit the milk bottles if they are too long.
3. Assemble bunny stir sticks with fruit. Add cherry, piece of kiwi and bunny head last.
4. To decorate milk bottles, wrap some colored baking twine around the neck, and add a felt cutout such as a daisy.
5. Pop a fruit stir stick and straw into each milk bottle.
6. Decorate the Carafe with a doily, baker’s twine and a bunny cutout as shown for a big touch of cuteness.
7. At serving time, pour chilled juice into carafe, and serve each guest a cute bunny mocktail in their own cute milk bottle. (Source: Tatertots And Jello)
